A⁺Students Rules & Regulations

1. All tuition fees are payable in advance before the first class of the year. Payments may be made once-off, quarterly, termly, or in instalments. After the initial tuition payment, the remaining payments for the year must be made by parents using the E-Tuition Payment link.
2. If tuition fees are not paid before the start of the first class in the applicable monthly payment cycle, students will unfortunately not be permitted to attend class.
3. If tuition fees remain unpaid by the 15th of the month, the student’s membership and classes will be suspended.
• An additional membership reactivation fee of R175.00 will apply should the student wish to return.
• The student may return to class once all outstanding fees and the reactivation fee have been paid in full using the E-Tuition Payment link.
4. An annual administration fee applies.
5. Started Late? Missed classes may be made up during Holiday School sessions.
6. Illness? Missed classes may be made up during Holiday School sessions.
7. Your child is enrolled with A⁺Students South Africa (Pty) Ltd through its franchisees.
